Great views, but understaffed scenes
The rooms were pleasing, offering stunning sunset views that made each evening special. The hotel's proximity to the airport was also a significant plus.
Unfortunately, the hotel felt understaffed, leading to delays in dining service and a lack of personal attention. The pools were freezing, making it hard to enjoy them fully.

Found a few gems in Mazatlan! The rooms gave off super chill vibes, and those sunset views? Pure magic. Perfect for unwinding after a foodie hunt.
Now, let's spill some tea. Service was slower than a tortoise on a lazy Sunday, and food options could use some hot sauce. Plus, with only one bartender handling a wedding party, it felt like a party without the tunes.

Ocean views and comfy vibes
We totally loved our oceanfront room with a private balcony. It was the perfect spot for sunset drinks! The staff was super friendly, really made us feel welcome. We also enjoyed some in-room breakfast, which hit the spot. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit better. it struggled to keep up sometimes.

The kids' club was a hit with my family! We loved that there were plenty of engaging activities for the little ones, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful time at the beach while they played. The ocean view from our room was a treat too!
My wife says that the service could be quicker for families.

The Junior Suite Ocean View King room was really nice, especially the sunset views. The ocean was right there, and it felt super relaxing to hang out in the room. Bed was comfy enough, but nothing crazy. I liked how the design let you see the water right away when you walked in. Overall, it was a solid place to unwind after a day at the beach.

Great spot for a group vacation! We enjoyed our time at the kids' club and had fun at the pool area. The drinks were fantastic, and the atmosphere was lively. Make sure to check out the beach-side bar for the best cocktails. Would definitely recommend it for a fun getaway with friends.
One downside was the slow Wi-Fi. it was frustrating trying to connect at times.
